The Region Information Page is where you do most of the work in managing your empire.
Through it, you access Production and Deployment of forces, as well as Cast Spells and acquire information on your allies and enemies.
A typical Region Information Page has four sections:
However, if you are viewing information on a region that you do not own or border, you will not have access to the Region Controls section. Also, if there are no forces at the region, the Forces section will not appear.
Information
The Region Information Section contains basic information about a selected region.
From the Region Information Page, you can get to various other pages that allow you to Deploy your Forces, Order New Forces, Cast Spells, and other features to help you manage your empire.

The top of the page shows who owns the region, an image of the owner's religion, an image of the region, the region name, and terrain type.

You may also download a desktop image of the region by clicking on the picture frame in the lower right hand corner.
Clicking the name of the region or the image of the region centers the Game Map on that region.
Clicking on the name of the region's owner will bring up that player's Profile Page.
Controls
The Region Controls Section appears if the selected region is one that you own or border.
It contains three sub-sections that allow you to control different aspects of the region.
If the region is owned by somebody else (ie, you only border the region), then only the Spells area is available, otherwise all three areas are available to you.

Neighbors

Clicking on the Neighbors button on any region information page will put a little orange dot (like the one next to the title Neighbors) over each of the regions that border that region on the game map. Thus, you can quickly see which regions border which other region.
Spells

The Spell section displays any spells ordered and/or in effect for this region. Click Cast Spell to cast a spell on this region, or Cancel to cancel an order for a Spell to be cast here. See Spells for more information.
Transferring Control
Sometimes, you may wish to fight with another player against a third player. You can accomplish this by clicking on the Transfer Control button.

You will then be presented with a list of all players that border the region. Select the player that you want to fight WITH and click on "Transfer Control". This will return you to the Region Information Page, which will now show that you are transferring control of your forces at that region to the player selected. To cancel the control transfer, just click on Cancel.
Transferred forces will fight as your own forces during any battles, but will NOT ATTACK any forces owned by the player who you have selected to transfer control of your forces to. Any of your forces that survie the battle will becomed owned by the player you selected - if that player is present in the battle.
You must transfer control on the region where you intend to have the battle, NOT on the region the forces are coming from.
Some games have the No Ceding Option turned on. If this is the case you will not be able to transfer control of your forces to any other player.
Structures

If you have a fortress or temple that is under construction, then you have the option of canceling the construction by clicking on Cancel.
If the structure has just been ordered, then you will get back what you paid for it and the structure will be destroyed. Otherwise, the structure is just destroyed and you get none of your Treasure back.

If a completed Fortress is present, then you can place an order for more lessers by clicking on Order Forces. If an order already exists at this fortress, clicking on Cancel will cancel the order and refund your Treasure.
Forces

The forces section lists the number and type of forces present at this region.
Battles
The battles section lists all of the battles that have occurred at this region. The battles are sorted by when they occurred, with the oldest battles appearing last.

Each listing shows in which cycle the battle occurred and who the victor was. If the battle was a Border Battle, then the listing will indicate that as well.
You will also see a link to View a Report of the battle next to each listing. However, you will not be able to see the contents of the report if the battle occurred in a forest region that you do not own and you were not a participant in the battle.
The report lists the number and types of forces that were present for each player involved in the battle.
