Fortress

Fortresses are used to create Lessers.

Players are given one fortress when they start the game.

Can Not be built in swamps, mountains, or frozen seas.

Each fortress can only produce up to 500 Lessers per turn.

Any lessers defending a region containing a fortress are "upgraded" to the next level in battle. This is referred to as the "Fortress Bonus."
