Production

Each turn, construction starts or continues to create new structures.

Fortresses and Temples require two turns to complete.

Treasure is spent up-front to create these structures.

If a structure's production is canceled prior to the first cycle of its construction, the player has all of their treasure returned.

If construction is canceled after construction has begun, no treasure is returned to the player.

All orders are executed to create new lessers at Fortresses and conjure and summon forms at Temples.

Treasure and Fury are consumed in the process.
