The number of times a form may be hit

Indicates the number of times a form may be hit before it will be killed.

A form's health is rejuvenated after it has been absorbed.
Forms can also increase their Health by gaining experience.

For example, the Amber Dragon has a health rating of 180 which means it can survive 180 successful hits before being destroyed.
