You may give up ownership of any of your regions to a player who borders any region you own.

• click on the Cede Region button.

  You will then be presented with a list of all players that border the region.

  Select the player that you want and click on "Cede Region" button.

This will return you to the Region Information Page, which will now show that you are transferring ownership of that region to the player selected. To cancel the ownership transfer, just click on Cancel.

Ownership transfers occur after all battles and movement have occurred. All forces and/or structures present on the region will also be transferred to the new owner.

Some games have the No Ceding Option turned on. If this is the case you will not be able to cede any of your regions to any other player.
