I really enjoy this game and wonder how you can afford to keep this game running for free like this. I know alot of simple games on the internet are offered for free, but have the ability to pay to get better game freedom and to truly have any chance at all. They make their money by getting alot of subscribers and truly only the ones spending money on credit card are makeing profits for the game. Even though I dont really like those games, I believe Evernight could go a similar route. Offering 5 to 10 free games like Mag7,Fav5,EMS, Greenhorn and the First evernight games would provide you a constant player base. At the same time you could provide 5 to 10 pay to play games with a new leaderboard to compete over. I wouldnt just get rid of the old points system but just make a new additional one. It would even be possible to have victors of free games be accepted to have a promotional credit to be in one of the pay games. And the ability for other promotional play ideas are available. Having players pay money to get into games that give them temporary game creation rights upon victory is an idea. Also this game might get better subscription rate from offering multi account subscriptions to classrooms or families at a discount. Even offering more private games to classrooms with a private GM might get more subscribers from militaryscience schools or the like. Heck if you promote it enough to military maybe you can get funding based on military education. MF
